The AI chat feature

It can make mistakes, may not reflect your individual circumstances, and does not have access to your medical history. Any information it provides must be verified with a licensed medical professional. The AI is not a doctor and cannot diagnose you, prescribe treatment, or handle medical emergencies. After using the AI, we encourage you to find a Lyme-literate doctor near you.

The symptom checker

Our symptom checker is based on a published, validated screening questionnaire. A score is a screening signal only — it cannot confirm or rule out Lyme disease or any other condition. Only a qualified clinician can diagnose you.

LymeWisedoes not employ these providers, does not warrant the quality of care you will receive, and is not responsible for the services they provide.
